Camp is first and foremost about child-care. You are entrusting us with the most important thing on earth to you – your child. Each year we look at ways to improve the experience of childcare at camp – through hiring and training the best staff, ensuring a low camper to counselor ratio, and building community through creating positive group dynamics in the bunks. This year, we are excited to welcome a second Social Worker to our camper care team, and share the addition of a second Junior Division Leader to meet the needs of a growing Perlman Camp community.
